Swedish: “Käcke män reste denna sten efter Grep, sin gillesbroder, Juddes son. Love ristade runorna”.
English: “Valiant men raised this stone in memory of Grep, their guild-brother, son of Judde. Love carved the runes”.

Are those runes carved in boustrophedon?
Don’t know runes well enough to say. I could puzzle it out but don’t really have the time at the moment.
I might offer a cough of insight and mention that the “Love” hereto referred is the name of the man who did the carving (probably pronounced something like “Low-veh”), not the English word “love” 🙂

Well, it’s carved in stone, for starters. But after googling “boustrophedon” and then seeing if I might find it mentioned together with “Bjälbo”, which I didn’t, my conclusion is that it probably isn’t, but I wouldn’t necessarily care to bet money on that 😉
