Lived in Oz for awhile. They had trouble with our Irish accent. Rarely got the pizza we ordered and changed our names as couldn’t spell anything with an “A” or an “R” as we pronounce them differently! Loved this. Reply
First saw that word printed in the children’s book “Katie and the Big Snow” when I was learning to read in the 50’s. I have never forgotten it. 😉 Reply
